About Suzi:
Think "Suzi Simpson" and you can't help but conjure up the divine images that graced Playboy's 1992 January edition. Her remarkable touch-of-splendor is more than just skin deep, however. Far beyond those pages of her tour as Miss January, the real Suzi is an effervescent spirit, breathing her own sensual magnetism into all she graces.
Although born in Athens, Greece, Suzi spent most of her Navy-brat youth trekking different patches of sun and surf everywhere from Malibu to Virginia Beach. Her all-American looks and outgoing charm led Suzi quite naturally to a modeling career, following a crowning performance in the Miss DC Teen USA Pageant.
After saving up for and working her way through college (countless Quantico marines had no idea they were being waited on by a future Miss January), Suzi really broke into stride. What followed
was a bevy of high-profile commercial spots (Pepsi with Michael Jackson, Wrigley's Gum, Ultima II), music videos (REO Speedwagon, Aerosmith) and countless catalogs and publication shoots. Amid the blur of swimwear and calendars, Suzi caught the eye of Playboy photographer David Mecey who encouraged her to test.
The rest, as they say, is history.
